We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened items. Due to the nature of the hobby, we cannot accept returns on drones that have been crashed or modified.

Return Process

  Pack Securely

  Place the item in its original packaging with all manuals and accessories included.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package at any authorized carrier location.

  Inspection & Refund

  Once received, our technicians will inspect the item and process your refund within 5 business days.
